Overview

The following outline is what to expect over the next 60 days. Sections will include:

  • Checklist of activities to complete during each week / month

  • Manager involvement, including weekly 1:1 meetings and measurement of your progress

  • Colleague interaction for familiarity of all positions

  • Glossary of Terms related to our industry

 

You will also be introduced to our company’s successful process when delivering customer service.   The lessons will include:

  • Industry and product knowledge – what Hercules Fence sells

  • Sales methodology – how Hercules Fence sells

  • Sales strategy – how Hercules Fence competes in the market

  • Sales & PM tools – how Hercules Fence tracks sales and effectively manages projects

  • Throughout your onboarding process, your manager will assess your knowledge and retention of the information provided

 

Your manager will be your coach and give you feedback and guidance on each task. Through this process you will be able to articulate our value proposition, leverage best practices, showcase your accomplishments and get closer to your goals every month!

Getting Started


You will gain access to this program on day 1 and you will begin the onboarding process right away. Your manager will work with you on customizing some sections based on previous experience you may or may not have in the industry. 

The expected timeline for completion is 40 days, 8 weeks.
