Phase 3 PM

During Phase 3, you will manage a small project from start to finish. You will coordinate preconstruction meetings. You will oversee project execution. You will manage submittals, purchase orders, RFIs, and billing activities with minimal supervision.

• You will complete closeout tasks.

• You will conduct punchlist walks.

• You will prepare O&M manuals.

• You will prepare warranty packages.

• You will lead post-project reviews with leadership and estimating.

• Focus on communication. Focus on quality. Focus on maintaining timelines and documentation standards.

• By the end of Phase 3, you will manage projects independently.

• You will follow Hercules’ systems. You will follow Hercules’ procedures. You will complete a Final Onboarding Review and feedback session to confirm readiness for full project management responsibilities.
