• Responsible for reviewing all bid documents and discussing project specifics with Client.

• Create takeoffs.

• Price all relevant materials, equipment, labor, etc.

• “Sell” the project.

• *Update Smartsheet tracking Daily with all relevant current Project information.

• Reports to the General Manager

• Setup project internally.

• Work through and plan all Pre-Construction items and setup for Production success.

• Client lead throughout lifecycle of Project, both Pre and Post Production.

• Reviews and finalizes proposals by Estimators/Project Managers.

• Performs performance reviews.

• Direct reports include:  Estimators, Project Managers, Project Managers

Manage day to day scheduling of projects and crew with regards to labor and equipment.

Reports to General Manager

Direct reports include:  Superintendents, House Crews, Subcontractor Crews

• Manage day to day interactions onsite and with crew. 

• Reports to Production Manager

• Responsible for internal system inputs and project setups.

• Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable external communications, with direction from Project Manager.
